INDUCTION CLASS - Getting started

The best way to find out what Close Quarter Combat (CQC) is all about is to give it a go. Being new to self defence can be a daunting process,we at ICS understand this. To help you get started we have designed an Induction class. This 3 hour event will teach you the fundamentals of the CQC system, during the 3 hours instructors will take you through a range of  techniques step by step. You will leave with the skills required to step into your first class with confidence.

There's no obligation to join once you have completed the induction.

Price for the Induction class is $60 per person, group discounts apply.

When you become a member at induction class you'll receive a free one on one training session with head instructor Peter Sciarra normally $90, also discounts on memberships
